The California St. Bridge that jumps Hwy 101 in downtown Ventura is more than just another rusty iron structure along the golden coast. Nowhere else in Southern California can such an ugly masterpiece be found. Is there any wonder why more than just footprints are left by the individuals who enjoy watching rush hour traffic every evening? A regular train schedule allows the locals to walk along the tracks, and stare into a river of cars throughout the day. Many of them take pictures, and leave their names, colorfully painted for tourists and other visitors to enjoy.
